RTMA is the UW-Stout Restaurant and Tavern Management Association. As a group, we visit local food and beverage establishments, and get an opportunity to speak with the restaurateur, take a tour, and often sample different menu items. Joining RTMA looks great on a resumé and is also an excellent way to network and make contacts in the food industry.

We meet every other Monday night at 7:30 in the 3rd floor lounge of the Home Economics Building.
